In a Consumer Safety Alert, the FDA listed 12 drugs that come with special safety restrictions on how they can be sold. These are considered “restricted distribution drugs” because of the potential dangers of them being used incorrectly. The FDA says the following drugs should not be purchased through an Internet pharmacy:

Actiq
Clozaril
Humatrope
Lotronex
Mifeprex Plenaxis
Thalomid (thalidomide)
Tikosyn
Tracleer
Trovan
